Shipping Policy

            Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

            As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email after the following 7 business days of your order, please check your spam folder and add zoflexla@yahoo.com  to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.

           

            Please Note: Zoflex.la is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the rare event your package has been lost of stolen please visit your local post office or call 1800-ASK-USPS (or selected shipping customer service line).  By completing a purchase with Zoflex.la, you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy 

REFUND POLICY

            Zoflexla.com does not offer exchanges or returns on any product. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will not respond to any email/DM inquiries on this subject. 

            Be sure to double check your shipping and billing address. Invalid or incomplete addresses are subject to cancelation without refund for shipping.
